Founder
Senior digital transformation advisor, researcher, writer and influencer for the last 21 years in a range of sectors from Fintech and Banking to Cyber Security, Government and Education. Multi-language speaker and technology enthusiast.
Having lived and worked in several countries in Europe and Middle East, managed multi million, multi-cultural and international projects gave him the recognition of top World Fintech influencer.
Founder of FusionAlgo and dreamer/doer by nature he hopes to bring into the engine his international experience leading helping businesses achieve revenue growth, greater efficiency, cost savings and regulatory compliance as well as all of the benefits of his more than 26000 multi-industry connections.
Graduated in Economics, post-graduated in information Systems Management for Organizations and Public Management, has a masters in information systems and is a PhD candidate in Management.
Lina Esteves Macedo
Co-Founder / Proj. Manager
Lina has an extensive international multi-industry experience in managing projects and teams. With specialization areas being Tourism, hospitality, international relations and political science.
With a double degree in International Relations and Political Science Lina has been working in several industries from Software, to Aviation and Hospitality, managing teams and projects.
Since 2020 Lina has been helping us to align on the best practices within our projects managing projects and products but focusing on the scrum master role.
Ricardo Macedo

Bank branch manager for Millenniumbcp bank in Portugal, with over 21 years experience in banking. Leads a team of bank account managers of the affluent high segment, that offers private banking solutions on financial investments, private credit including mortgage credits and insurances.
Millenniumbcp is one of the leading banks in its country, Poland, Angola and Mozambique and has been recognized repeatbly as the most advanced bank in mobile/internet banking in its country and one of the most technological advanced banks in the world.
Graduated in Economics on the oldest and one of the most prestige universities in Portugal I started my career on Banking in 1999 in the former Bank Pinto&SottoMayor witch later joined Millenniumbcp bank and have been manager of several different branches since. He was also volunteer in a series of non profit organizations, working as a financial advisor or treasury manager in several community associations.

Gonçalo João

Gonçalo João has a PhD degree in Management (Competitive Intelligence area) by the University of Lisbon, a first degree in Applied Mathematics to Economics and Management by the Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG), and a Post-graduate course in Information Systems and Technologies for Organizations also by ISEG.
Professionally he is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL) where he teaches IT Management, an IT Specialist at ISEG where he coordinates the Management Planning and Control of the IT Department, an Academic Researcher in CICEE (UAL) where he coordinates the research areas of Strategy and Business Government and Business Science, an Editorial Board Member at the Competitive Intelligence Magazine of SCIP and a referee at Knowledge Management Research & Pratice academic journal. He is also an Editor and Manager at Ethereal Sound Works and at Revista Lusitânia in the music industry. He is specialized in theorizing and creating frameworks for business information and strategic needs.

Javier Molano

After graduating in Computer Engineering in Spain and after several years of international experience, Javier brings together extensive engineering knowledge he gathered as software developer, and a very interesting business and product vision, since he's an experienced product manager, and also, having working in very different fields, as pharmacy industry, finance and banking or as IT consultant for insurance companies, makes him very flexible and versatile when approaching customer problems. Now is committed to help Fusion Algo in both perspectives, engineering and product development.

Yusuf Adji
Head of Design
Yusuf has a vast experience in leading design from architectural design, to 3d, UX and UI. Having lead several design departments in several companies and countries.
His amazing eyes and design skills have been enhanced and optimized throughout his career having himself been a co-founder in an international design company.

Begoña Madrid
Designer
Begoña has many years of experience in the world of art, design and creativity, dedicated and focused on many artistic fields such as painting or photography since she was young.
After years dedicated to art, she discovered another passion, the passion to empathize with the needs of other people and the taste for new technologies. This discovery of the new technologies, mixed with her creative and artistic vision, led her to a change on her career path and made her very interested in the world of User Experience design. Together with Yusuf Begoña has been helping us ta take FusionAlgo design to the next level.

Jan-Willem Rodenhuis

Jan-Willem is an out of the box thinker, the challenger, the one who comes up with the new angles and possibilities. He likes to focus on the business and benefits aspect and brings more than 25 years of experience in leading complex projects, mainly in the financial sector. Throughout his life he’s lived and worked across the globe. He thoroughly enjoys experiencing other cultures and is a firm believer in the benefits of combining different cultures to create effective teams. He’s currently working at Temenos as a Project Director, directing implementations of Temenos’ Banking software with clients across Europe. Jan-Willem lives and works in the Netherlands. He holds a Master in Public Administration at Rotterdam’s Erasmus University and a post graduate Executive Master in Information Management at TIAS School for Business and Society in Tilburg (NL).
Jan-Willem has been a Partner for the FusionAlgo team since its inception and first idea phase from 2019
Fatima Diallo

Fatima is an accomplished business and brand consultant, project manager, and international development professional. Her passion for humanitarian work and economic development led her to work in both the private and public spheres. She has multi-sectorial experience in technology, financial services, media, design, agriculture, and more.
Her experience with the public sector included working within various UN agencies including, the United Nations Development Programme, UN-Habitat, United Nations Millennium Campaign, and the UN Foundation.
Through strategic advisory and as a skilled connector, Fatima has helped companies generate millions of dollars in revenue and investments. She has also worked on multi-billion-dollar projects with governments and the private sector.
She enjoys baking, writing, and spending time with her family.

Agata Komaracka

Agata has more than 20 years of experience in Banking/ IT as a Business/Systems Analyst, Process Specialist , Solution Engineer & Consultant. With a degree in Philosophy and a Post Graduation in Real Estate she brings an extraordinary knowledge in the Banking and Financial areas. During her career she was involved in projects in different countries, as well as traveled a lot to fulfil her dreams. All of these experiences gave her a lot of opportunities to see and understand differences in approach to work and life across Europe and Asia, learn to easily adapt in the new environments and find strength in our diversity. During her studies she focused mainly on logic and semiotic which helped her to develop strong analytical and conceptual way of thinking. She also trained fencing for several years. Currently, this busy mom of two little girls, to balance the busy business life, practices yoga & pilates.
